Parking instructions stated to contact the car park when 30 minutes from site, tried both numbers and couldn't get through on either. Arrived at the site using directions supplied and it was basically a piece of rough waste land with a couple of portakabins so I wasn't confident about leaving the car there but we had paid and were comitted. Return was a bit smoother, called the number provided and got through straight away, shuttle collected us from teminal quickly and returned to car park. Picked up our car which was covered in bird excrement, so presumably parked under trees for two weeks.

Great service and very friendly staff. Due to how busy the airport was they offered to drive my car to terminal 2 instead of me having to wait for their shuttle service.

Arrival procedure for T5 Park & Ride at Heathrow Airport
Please keep the following information in mind:
Please call us at 07437 867 289 or 07511 544 379 when you are 20 to 30 minutes away from the car park.
On M4 junction 4, take exit A408 towards Stockley Road, follow A408 road for 1.6 miles until Stilwell roundabout.
Take 1st exit towards Colham roundabout.
At Colham roundabout, take 1st exit to Stockley Country Park.
Go through the height restriction gate (2 metres) and follow the direction signs “Terminals Parking".
Park your car at the
Drop off area and make your way to the reception.

Please make a note of the following information:
On your safe return, we need you to call us two times at 07437 867 289 / 07511 544 379. Soon as you land and after you collect your luggage, Then proceed to short-stay Car park Level 1 Row A, where the shuttle van will pick you up

We're here to make your airport parking experience as smooth as possible. With our Park & Ride service, you can drive to the car park, and we will shuttle you to the Terminal. Transfers take just 20 minutes. This service is exclusively available for Terminal 5 only.
Drop your car at your convenience & we'll take care of your car
Terminals Parking Park & Ride car park is within the Ultra-Low Emission Zone (ULEZ Charging Zone).
We can only accommodate 4 passengers per shuttle/booking.
we will have to charge an additional shuttle charge.
Make sure to have your booking confirmation email with you when you travel
Your vehicle needs to be roadworthy & safe to drive
Please note that the Ultra Low Emission Zone (ULEZ) includes Heathrow Airport. (Customers need to comply with the ULEZ charge if they reach us via the ULEZ zone).
